As a valued client, we appreciate the trust you place in us and want to inform you about how we are addressing the coronavirus (Covid-19) situation.

We continue to monitor events in our local community and plan to update our protocols as new information is provided. We’re following all recommended guidance from public health and government authorities, including best practices for hygiene.

 

We feel confident in our ability to resume seeing clients on a limited basis, and providing the level of care that you have come to expect from Dala Lounge.

 

Our highest priority is to keep as safe as possible, therefore, we will be taking your temperature upon arrival.  Please avoid bringing your children or other individuals with you to your appointment; only clients with confirmed appointments will be permitted inside. 

 

It is also mandatory that you complete and submit a wellness screening form ONE DAY prior to each appointment you have with us. This is emailed directly to you when booking.  

Should you arrive and meet criteria that endangers other clients or staff,  you will be asked to reschedule your appointment so that we do not risk exposure others.
