Booking Policy

 

I understand that sometimes life can get crazy and you may not be able to make your appointment.  However, to make my small business viable I have to be given enough time to fill any appointments that are cancelled.

I respectfully ask clients to give me 48 hours notice if you need to move or cancel your appointment.  A reminder text and email message is sent out prior to all appointments.

Dala Lounge manages all treatment bookings through FRESHA.

​

When booking your appointment you will be asked to confirm your booking by providing your card details.  These details are safely stored within the booking system and the details are not accessible to any employees of Dala Lounge.

All appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled online via FRESHA or directly with Dala Lounge up to 24 hours before the scheduled treatment time.  There is no charge for cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice.

 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

 

In the event of a no-show (failure to attend your appointment at the scheduled time), a 50% fee will be automatically charged through the booking system to cover the loss of the appointment.​
