Booking Policy

 

We understand that sometimes life can get crazy and you may not be able to make your appointment.  However, to make my small business viable I have to be given enough time to fill any appointments that are cancelled.

I respectfully ask clients to give me 48 hours notice if you need to move or cancel your appointment.  A reminder text and email message is sent out prior to all appointments.

Dala Lounge manages all treatment bookings through FRESHA.

​

When booking your appointment you will be asked to confirm your booking by providing your card details.  These details are safely stored within the booking system and the details are not accessible to any employees of Dala Lounge. 

​

All appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled online through FRESHA  up to 12 hours in advance of the treatment.  There will be no charge for any advanced cancellations.

​

In the case of no-show, should you not attend your appointment at the booked time, a 10% fee will be charged automatically from the booking system to cover loss of the appointment.

​

Industry standard is to charge a 50% non-refundable deposit for treatment bookings, so I feel that my current policy is fair and agreeable.
